Each user can be given permission to view data in the system.
This feature allows users from your organization to exchange data securely with anyone in your
network of customers and vendors who has been authorized to use the system.
Once the user has been given viewing rights, he/she must be assigned to one or
more Shared Inboxes. When the user logs into the
system, he/she will be able to select files to view. The user can use various search
criteria to find the specific file that he/she is looking for:
Any user is able to view only the files in the Shared Inboxes that
he/she has been assigned access to.
You can also control whether the user is allowed to
delete files.
