To make sure that messages and files are being
accessed by only the appropriate people and/or to demonstrate compliance with
data protection regulations, you can generate reports in the system that display who has been
logging in and what messages and files they have been sending and viewing.
Three standard reports are available:
- Message And File Access Report - shows message and file viewings and deletes for the system.
- Message And File Delivery Report - shows message and file delivery activity for the system.
- Login Report - (for admins only) shows user logins to the system.
Each report can be viewed in Adobe PDF© format or can be exported in CSV format.
CSV format allows you to do further analysis on the report data using a tool such as
Microsoft Excel©. Here is what the report query interface for the Message And File Access Report

Noonmark can create custom reports for you to meet your specific requirements.
System Administrators can view all reports in the system and can see the data in those
reports for all Shared Inboxes.
Other system users can be assigned to view one or more reports. As with messages and files,
non-administrators can only view the information for the
Shared Inboxes that they have been assigned access to.
